Export from Procore: change order log, RFI log summary, cost variance report
Your personal notes on major project events

How-To Guide: Generate a Lessons Learned Report from Project Data

Step 1: Export your project data

Before writing lessons learned, gather your actual project data:

From Procore:

Export the Change Order Log (shows all approved changes, amount, and reason/category)
Export the RFI Log with response time data (shows how long RFIs took, who was responsible)
Export the Submittal Log with status history (shows overdue submittals and review times)

From your schedule:

Export a summary showing planned vs. actual completion for each major phase

From your budget:

Export final budget vs. actual cost by trade

Save each export as a PDF or copy the key data into a text document.
